Windsor Hotel Toya

The Windsor Hotel Toya is a high-class resort hotel located on the top of Mount Poromoi at an elevation of 625 meters and looks down on Toyako to the east and on Uchiura Bay to the west. The trapezoid-shaped hotel has 11 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor and has 398 rooms. However, in order to ensure quality, the hotel accepts reservations for 300 rooms at most at any one time. Facilities include a pool, a golf course, ski runs, hot spring bath, and a three-star restaurant.

In addition, the hotel is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World association, headquartered in the U.S. state of New York, and is recognized as a first-class hotel throughout the world.

On April 23, 2007, a decision was made to hold the G8 Summit at the hotel.

Rusutsu Resort Hotel and Convention

The Rusutsu Resort Hotel is an alpine resort located at the foot of the beautifully-shaped Mount Yotei. The refreshing water, clean air, and spacious rooms are ideal for extended visits. In addition to being able to enjoy year-round access to a variety of sport facilities, including ski slopes, golf courses, and amusement parks, taking advantage of its location, guests have access to many other activities including sightseeing of the local area. Furthermore, numerous shops and restaurants make it possible for patrons to satisfy their curiosity and appetites during any season. There are also large and small convention facilities that can be used for a wide range of events from simple parties to weddings. On the grounds, there is also a year-round full resort that boasts 884 rooms.
